Emmental

Emmental is a Swiss cheese famous for its large holes and nutty flavor. Often used in fondue and hot dishes due to its excellent melting qualities. Aged for a minimum of four months, this cheese develops a complex, slightly sweet taste with notes of hazelnut and caramel.
